True-Check 90 Day Warranties

True-Check Home Inspections is one of the most highly Certified Home Inspection Companies in the Denver Metropolitan Area.

For items to be covered under this 90-day Limited Warranty, the items must have been inspected by the home inspector and noted on the Report as being in good working condition at the time of the inspection.

This 90-day warranty is applicable when a sewer inspection was performed by and the inspection indicated that there were no repair concerns. Settlement from extreme rain storms are not included.

This 5 year warranty is for repair of leaks to your home's roof only. Any defect noted in your home inspection report and any leak that results from a defect noted in your home inspection report is not covered.
